With over 15 years of experience in the settlement sector, spanning both frontline and management roles, I have the practical expertise in addressing key issues encountered daily in the sector. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, with a MA in Counselling Psychology, and a Mental Health Consultant in Settlement, I actively collaborate with organizations across Canada to deliver wellness debriefs and practical resources and training aimed at enhancing the wellbeing of frontline staff. This experience and passion has led me to creating a hub where wellness resources can be accessed to provide valuable supports to frontline staff.
