Team Debrief
In addition to ongoing access through the Settlement Wellness Hub, organizations may request a 90-minute, team-specific debrief as an optional add-on for a fee.
This facilitated session is designed to support teams with sustained pressure, following high-impact work, or particularly challenging situations. It provides a structured space to process the impact of the work, reduce emotional carryover, and reconnect staff to practical boundaries and capacity-protective strategies.
Debriefs may be helpful when:
- Staff are showing signs of strain, overload, or boundary erosion
- Teams have experienced a period of acute demand or complex cases
- Managers want to support teams without absorbing the full emotional load
- Additional team-specific containment is needed beyond a webinar setting
Format
- 90 minutes
- Team-specific (closed group)
- Facilitated by a Registered Clinical Counsellor with settlement sector experience
- Delivered virtually (or in person where feasible)
This add-on is available to SWH member organizations at an additional cost and is invoiced separately.
