How it Works

Step 1:
Confirm Your Team Size 

Confirm the number of staff who will receive access. Membership is $70 per staff member annually (minimum $1,500 organizational investment).

Step 2:
Complete Onboarding Form

A secure onboarding form is submitted with staff emails for access setup. An invoice is issued for the total annual amount.

Step 3:
Staff Receive Individual Access

Each staff member receives their own login and full access to the Hub.

Step 4:
Immediate Access to the Hub

Teams can begin attending live webinars, accessing resources, and using tools right away.

To support broad staff access and national implementation, scaled pricing applies for organizations with 100+ staff.
If your organization falls into this category, we’re happy to walk through the structure and confirm the appropriate rate.

Billing & Access

Memberships are invoiced directly to organizations.
This approach aligns with IRCC-funded operations and organizational approval processes.

Optional Add-On Support

Team Debrief

In addition to ongoing access through the Settlement Wellness Hub, organizations may request a 90-minute, team-specific debrief as an optional add-on for a fee.
This facilitated session is designed to support teams with sustained pressure, following high-impact work, or particularly challenging situations. It provides a structured space to process the impact of the work, reduce emotional carryover, and reconnect staff to practical boundaries and capacity-protective strategies.

Debriefs may be helpful when:

  • Staff are showing signs of strain, overload, or boundary erosion
  • Teams have experienced a period of acute demand or complex cases
  • Managers want to support teams without absorbing the full emotional load
  • Additional team-specific containment is needed beyond a webinar setting

Format

  • 90 minutes
  • Team-specific (closed group)
  • Facilitated by a Registered Clinical Counsellor with settlement sector experience
  • Delivered virtually (or in person where feasible)
This add-on is available to SWH member organizations at an additional cost and is invoiced separately.
